DASF begins
Capital Campaign, Phase II
After reaching
the $2.0 million phase 1 capital campaign goal at the end of June,
the DASF board began fundraising for phase 2 of the campaign. The
original goal covers the DASF agreement to help fund construction
costs of the $5.0 million, 15,200 sq ft. facility. Now, DASF is
raising money for the interior of the new Linda McNatt Animal Care &
Adoption Center. This includes needs for the on-site vet clinic
such as equipment and supplies, animal habitat furnishings,
technology needs, etc. The goal is a “state-of-the-art” adoption
center; therefore, funds are needed to supplement the interior
budget available from the city.
